Project Overview: Elevating Tennis and Pickleball at Rise Athletic Club

The recent court revitalization project at Rise Athletic Club in North Salt Lake, UT, serves as a premier example of how professional surfacing can transform athletic facilities. As the popularity of racquet sports continues to surge across the Wasatch Front, managing high-traffic spaces requires precision and durability. This specific project involved the comprehensive resurfacing of four professional-grade tennis courts. Recognizing the shifting demographics and interests of club members, the project also integrated specialized pickleball lines, effectively transitioning these spaces into versatile areas that cater to both traditional tennis enthusiasts and the rapidly growing pickleball community. By prioritizing high-quality materials and expert application, this initiative ensures that the facility remains a top-tier destination for competitive and recreational play. Services Provided: Comprehensive Court Solutions

Our team provided a full suite of services tailored to meet the specific needs of Rise Athletic Club. The core of the project focused on outdoor court resurfacing, which involved repairing existing surface degradation to create a uniform, safe, and high-performance foundation. Beyond standard maintenance, the project included a strategic reconfiguration to accommodate dual-purpose use. We provided expert tennis court surfacing to restore the bounce and grip required for competitive matches, followed by precise pickleball court surfacing markings. This multi-functional approach is part of our broader capability to handle multi-use court surfacing, allowing clubs to maximize their square footage without compromising quality. Whether a facility requires a complete overhaul or specific line painting for new games, our services are designed to enhance player experience across all court sports. For clubs looking to upgrade their own facilities, we invite you to view our full range of court surfaces available for installation.

Process & Approach: Precision and Professionalism

The success of the Rise Athletic Club project relied on our rigorous court resurfacing methodology. Our process begins with a detailed evaluation of the substrate to ensure that any underlying structural issues are addressed before the application of new layers. We utilize advanced techniques to ensure that the color coatings and acrylic surfacing materials are applied with perfect consistency, providing optimal traction and UV resistance against the harsh Utah climate. During the design phase, we work closely with facility managers to ensure color schemes and layout designs are both functional and visually appealing, utilizing our colors and court designer tools. This methodical approach extends to our new court construction surfacing projects as well, ensuring that every inch of the court meets regulatory standards for play. By following a structured court resurfacing design plan, we minimize downtime for the club while maximizing the lifespan of the court surface.

Results & Benefits: Enhancing Athletic Value

The outcome of the resurfacing at Rise Athletic Club has provided significant value to both the facility owners and their members. By integrating pickleball lines, the club has successfully increased its court utility, allowing for higher booking rates and broader member engagement. The new, vibrant surfaces not only improve the aesthetics of the facility but also provide superior shock absorption and consistent ball bounce, which are critical for injury prevention and high-level performance. This project exemplifies how professional upgrades can revitalize an aging facility, making it more competitive in the local market. For those interested in exploring how these results can be replicated at your own location, we encourage you to contact our team to discuss your specific needs.
